Abstract:
Bion Environmental Technologies. Inc., through Bion SLC, LLC, a to-be-formed wholly owned subsidiary (collectively 'Bion'), is interested in developing a large scale integrated agricultural project that incorporates beef cattle feed operations and renewable energy production from the livestock wastestream with specialized ethanol production. Enabled by a comprehensive environmental waste treatment system developed by Bion, a series of "satellite" beef cattle livestock feeding facilities with combined slots for finishing 84,000 head will be integrated with a new 42 million gallons per year (M gpy) ethanol facility.
