Abstract:
cattle feed project in St. Lawrence County are driven by each of the project's integrated components:
Ethanol production facility: 42 million gallons per year capacity
Beef cattle feed operations: 84,000 head enclosed facilities
Bion's comprehensive environmental waste treatment and renewable energy technology platform
Transportation/freight activities including both rail and truck needs
Jobs directly resulting from Bion's integrated project will be almost entirely skilled and semiskilled positions. Positions designated as semi-skilled generally require the ability to operate equipment, drive vehicles or input computer data as indicated in the following tables. Wages will be competitive with industry standards by position and skill level.
