Seedcorn is a community-based, not-for-profit educational 501�3 organization located in Potsdam NY, committed to social justice, community building, local self-reliance and sustainable development, with an emphasis on the St. Lawrence River Valley region. Seedcorn provides an organization umbrella for new initiatives and emerging community-based organizations. Our networking capabilities and resource library are available to the public. As issues arise in a community, concerned citizens endeavoring to launch an organization often find themselves reinventing the wheel. Seedcorn helps them mobilize around their concerns, maximize their participating networks, and provide resources for research, office facilities, and experience in working with community projects.
